I personally like the light weight better. It is much easier to scoop and dispose of. The added urine and feces make regular litter extremely heavy. If your cat doesn’t mind the lighter dig then you won’t miss the extra weight. It lasts just as long too.

Cats are easy to train to litter. They will use it on their own. That has been my experience. I would not flush down the toilet.

I don't think so unless there is something new. It goes a long way, we have two large cats (15 & 17 lbs.) and I am very happy with this litter.
