Can’t say for sure but it holds / has held cologne without leaking or any issues. I store cologne in these things in a tray which lays flat so they technically could leak but, again, so far so good.
If leaking is a concern, you could always use thread tape to strengthen the “seal”. Hope this helps a little.
If you want the label on the glass bottle part the largest label you could use is 1inch high. If you want to label the lid it would have to be no larger than 1/2 inch high. The bottle and lid have a diameter of 1/2 inch.
