Depends of what you are baking...if the recipe calls for it like a cake or cinnamon rolls I do (butter/flour only...never cooking sprays as directed on the bakeware info sheets) however I do not grease for cookies, pizza, breads, etc.

Mine are as perfect as the day I purchased them...about 2 years ago too. I don't put them, or any of my Circulon pots and pans, in the dishwasher. Nothing sticks to them so cleanup is easy. I wouldn't buy anything else ever again.
