I found this zester to be the best one I've used - It's sharp and makes zesting lemons so easy. I used to have a hard time with other zesters. This is all I've used it for so far.

Of course! Put a hole in one of the eyes then tip upside to drain all liquid out. Then use the back of a heavy knife like a hammer to crack the coconut open. Finally you will scoop out large lectionary that can then be grated as desired. Hope this helps!

It is dishwasher safe, but it's also super easy to rinse it off in the sink.

Material: Premium 18/8 stainless steel and BPA free PP+TPR. Not sure if those designations mean nickel-free, but I would think so.

Unfortunately, made in China!! But I do not have the virus!!!! But I also love this zester, it is so easy and quick to use and cleanup is a breeze.

yes! I have used it to grate ginger mostly, but also lemon peel and it works great. Goes in dishwasher for easy clean up.
