Yes, I think it might even be more comfortable in a back pocket. It's compact and pretty thin.

Not sure exactly what you are asking but I've had money clips,wallets and other credit card holders and so far this one works great. It also makes me limit the cards that I use/take with me. Hopefully that answers your question.
