Yes. This is normal. It “gives” as it bumps furniture/walls and causes the eufy to change directions

The RoboVac 11S Max doesn't support the wifi function, and it can't work with Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa and our EufyHome app.

Yes, but you need manually to dock the RoboVac to the charging base when the machine is in low power if the charging station isn't on the same floor with it.

No this unit is not WiFi enabled. It has a remote and it can be programmed to run while you’re gone, but I would be reluctant to do that, because mine occasionally wedges itself under a piece of furniture or “chokes” on something it picks up.

Yes! I have one rug with tassels and I have to tuck them under before running. I have to put up my bath mats, they are stringy, don’t ask, I have to check house for cords and stuff, with being said I love it.
