No, it does not come with keys. It is not lockable. I know you didn't asked, but it does not cool very well; even though there's ice forming inside the fridge. I had to order a new fridge today.
My only concern about that was for proper ventilation so my husband agreed and it's on our counter top. Perfect and looks great. All our drinks are nice and cold.
No, it is not hot to the touch on top. I have it in our bedroom with the cable box on top of it. However, even though the inside temperature states it is 40 degrees and there's ice on the back wall the beverages are not that cold. I am so disappointed.
