The end cap needs to be locked so you can ‘push’ the rice against it first. Unlock the cap next and push your sushi roll out of the bazooka.

Yes, you can. First make a sushi roll as demonstrated in the AYA video tutorial. Then apply a layer of sticky rice around, on the seaweed. You can make sure the rice is evenly applied using the bamboo mat, also included with this kit.
