Answer:
Board is 3 pin hot swap. Any 3 pin switch should work.
The led light are north facing and elevated so some switches may block the lights. I went budget with some outemu switches and no issues.

Mostly the changeable keys on the Z15 and the lack of the motion detector on the same, vs standard keys and with motion detector on the Z20.
