Answer:
The jacket is packable using the left front pocket. When you unzip the pocket you'll see there is a pull for the zipper on the inside, as well as the outside.. Just stuff the jacket into the pocket from the inside, and it should all fit!

No. It isn't lined. However it does seem to have mesh inside pockets big enough to hold a Kindle.

It’s a windbreaker, sooo it just repels water but there hasn’t been any situation when water actually went through the jacket

I would say better material that works well on rain. I also notice it breathes much better when you are wearing it! I love this jacket!
