I don't think the water cooling block that comes with this card is as good as a water cooling block and backplate that you can get from EKWB. Yes, it got the fancy RGB but for me, cooling is more important than lots of fancy lights.

If this is in reference to the EVGA 3080 Ti Ftw3 Hydro Copper, then yes it does

Technically yes the EVGA 3080 ti ftw3 hydro copper is 288.9 mm in length and the nr200p is 377 mm (inside length ) However you need to also fit a custom water loop in there and that is a really small case.

This card has a water block pre-installed. You shouldn't need to clean it except for surface dust. This one is designed to work with a custom water cooling loop.

I doubt it, I believe it is EVGA proprietary and iCue isn't very compatible itself with other vendors either.
