The media could not be loaded.
As for the syncing, ignore the comments & reviews that say they don't sync. They DO. Here's what we did:
1) Turn on one of the speakers and pair it with your phone or other device
2) Turn off the speaker
3) Turn both speakers on and hold down the bluetooth pairing button until the white light ring on each of them blinks
4) When the white light ring on both devices turns solid, they are connected to one another and will automatically link to the phone or other device that you previously paired.
