The Happiness Guarantee applies if:
The scope of work that you were charged for was not completed to your satisfaction, or your product or property was damaged as a direct result of the service (we may require documentation from you).
The service was completed within the past 90 days.
Payment for your service was made on Amazon.com.
If your claim is based on any changes you make to the scope of work during or after the performance of a service appointment, the Happiness Guarantee may not apply.
You can file a Happiness Guarantee claim by visiting Your Orders. You will receive an update on your claim in 1-2 business days.
