How do I earn 3% or 5% Back at Whole Foods Market?

What is an eligible Prime membership?
An eligible Prime membership only applies to US Amazon.com accounts and may include, in Amazon’s sole discretion, annual and monthly Amazon Prime Subscriptions, members who share Prime benefits via an Amazon Household, Amazon Prime Fresh, Amazon Family, Amazon Prime Student, and trial memberships of annual and monthly Amazon Prime subscriptions. Amazon Prime video subscriptions and invited guests of a Prime member are not eligible Prime memberships.
How do I become a Prime member to get 5% Back?
Existing Amazon Rewards Visa Cardmembers must sign up for an eligible Amazon Prime membership to begin earning 5% Back on purchases at Amazon.com and Whole Foods Market.
