    What is Amazon PayCode?
  • Amazon PayCode is a payment option that enables you to pay for Amazon orders with cash. You can shop online and pay at a participating agent location near you. After you pay, we will ship your order to the shipping address specified at checkout.
    • Why don't I see "Pay with Cash" as an option for my order?
  • There are several reasons why your order may not be eligible for cash payments. We have order amount and monthly purchase limites, product exclusions, and shipping restrictions. Gift cards, digital orders, and expedited ship speeds are also excluded. These exclusions vary across countries where cash payments are accepted.
    • How do I shop with Amazon PayCode?
  • If Amazon PayCode is available for your order you will see it as a payment option at checkout. You will be asked to provide additional information that is used to process your payment at a participating agent location. The price at checkout will be updated to reflect the price in your local currency. Upon completing your order on the Amazon website, you will be provided a code, agent locator link, and instructions on how to make your payment at a participating Western Union agent location.
    • What countries is Amazon PayCode available?
  • Amazon PayCode is currently available in the following countries and regions: USA, Barbados, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Jamaica, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mauritius, Peru, Philippines, Kenya, Tanzania, Thailand, and Uruguay. We are continuously working to launch additional countries, please check back frequently for updates.
    • How do I use my code to pay at a participating agent location?
  • When you visit a participating agent location, tell the agent you are there to pay for an Amazon order. The agent will ask for your code and will ask to see your photo ID. The ID you show to the agent must match the information you provided during checkout on the Amazon website. The agent will take your payment and then provide you with a receipt. You will also receive a payment confirmation email from Amazon, followed by a shipment notification when your order has shipped.     • Where can I use my code?
  • Visit an eligible agent location and let the cashier know you want to pay for an Amazon order in cash. You will present the code together with your ID. Click here for a list of eligible locations.
    • How long do I have to pay?
  • Customers in the US will have 48 hours to pay for your order. Customers in other eligible countries have 96 hours to pay for your order. If you do not make payment within 48/96 hours, the order will be cancelled. You will need to re-order your items on the Amazon website and receive a new code to use to pay at a participating agent location.
    • Why is my delivery date adjusted for this payment method?
  • Your estimated delivery date will be adjusted by 48 hours to reflect the window you have to pay for your order.
    • Can I ship products to the United States and pay in my home country using Amazon PayCode?
  • Yes, you can. When you are ready to checkout, sign into your Amazon.com account and add a US shipping address. You will still be able to checkout with Amazon PayCode and make your payment in person as long as you are in a supported country.
    • How do I collect my IFD (Import fees and duties) refund?
  • Amazon collects Import Fees and Duties for international orders, and on occasion we over estimate the amount that needs to be collected. If this is the case we will issue the refund to your Amazon Gift Card balance.
    • How do I return items and get a refund?
  • If you would like to get a refund for an eligible order, visit My Orders on Amazon.com and click Return Items. If an order is eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund to your Amazon Gift Card balance.
