Yes, the Sanyo MQN06 charger is 'smart' in that it will cut off after cells are fully charged. There is no problem if you leave fully charged batteries in this charger for 1-2 days. But as a general rule, you should remove low-self-discharge batteries from charger after they are charged. There is no real advantage in keeping them in a plugged in chrager.
