This rack is perfect to place chicken, ribs, potatoes or whatever you are cooking that does not need to be in water. Very difficult to get all the chicken fat off it afterwards.

After many attempts to find a footed rack for my very large steamer pot, I found this and not only did it offer the exact diameter I needed but with two options for height. …It is very sturdy to hold as much as you would need in a 30 quart pot.

As long as it fits, yes you can. I use mine in my 8qt Instant pot, 10qt air fryer and in my regular oven.
I bought this rack specifically for canning with smaller half pint jars. I've used it several times and the jars stay stable on the rack during the process. I recently bought the size larger to use in a bigger pot. I like using stock pots with the racks instead of the large canning kettles which are cumbersome to use and don't work on my glass top stove.

perfect I just started learning how to can..So sad as I grew up on a farm,lol.But this is perfect now if I can only find the right size pot for it .
I have both the 11.5 and the 33 quart racks. The 11.5 has the raised base, the 33 does not. Personally I like the raised one as it gives more clearance between the rack and the bottom of the pot.

It depends on the size you purchase - check the "product details" section for each size. I just bought the "11.5 quart" option and it has a diameter of 10.31 inches, which fits nicely in my 16 quart stock pot (not a Granite Ware product) that has a 10.5" interior diameter.
