Excellent product, made my Christmas entertaining so easy. Usually I am rushing around to keep the food hot while waiting for guests to get in place. This year no worries, the food was ready to serve at a moments notice. I had a problem with one of the lids being broken in transit from Amazon. The company was a little slow in sending a new one but it came and all is well.

Just unpacked my NutriChef3 warmer. First thing I did was fill one (1) container/warming pan with water. One warming pan holds 9 cups (72 liquid ounces). At 32 ounces to a quart, each warming pan holds 2.25 quarts. The plastic lid is domed so could hold a bit more solid food. So the total is 3 X 2.25 or 6.75 quarts. Can’t wait to see how it works this Thanksgiving.

I bought this to use at a family gathering. Heats tortillas quickly and keeps them soft. Retains the heat as well, although I don't know if for the full hour as they claim since ours were gone long before that.

The 'shell' is 100% polyester and the liner ( in between the outer / inner shell) is 100% food grade plastic. Works awesome on our baked potatoes (precooking in mic before oven) and our tortilla warming.
