I have owned Farberware for years and think it cooks very well for the price you pay. This skillet cooks well. Lets see how long the non-stick lasts.

I don't use high heat. I start out with high heat and reduce the heat to a medium setting. We love this pan. It has good depth, and the non-stick surface is holding up really well. Mostly we use it for pancakes and eggs.
This is a good pan. For me it is the perfect weight and is easy to clean. I usually favor Faberware. I have had a set of their cookware for 40 years.

The large pan was flatter than I expected but it worked great and the smallest pan was larger as well, I use the small one to flip eggs over easy and it is a bit large for two eggs but would do great for 3 at one time.

I fry a couple of eggs in it almost every morning and there's plenty of room for a third. It's a nice, deep skillet. I love the opposing handle on it and I also have the glass lid for it.
My recent Faberware 10 inch pan states on the bottom that it is stainless steel. It's without the brown non-stick coating on the top cooking surface. Cooked eggs and all don't usually stick if the pan is used and cleaned properly. I love it!
