My son is eight and loves this game. He first played it online in his math class, and now we have this card game. Even my 6 year old really enjoys it. You don't have to read, you only need a logical mind to play! Also very portable for travel or just to stick in the car when you need a take along activity.

Is this unit easy to use?

Yes, it's great for adults and kids. Super fun family game.

Is there a deck of 80 + cards? Is there a board?

I am not sure how many cards there are, but it seems to me there are at least 80. There is no board. We use it with our special needs kids to build memory skills. They get quite good at it. The instructions give you several options for different levels of play. We have added a timer and a metronome to increase the challenge.

Kids really love this game. Me too.

We love five crowns and this was the addition to that. I had to make it something we're only allowed to play when camping because they want to play all hours of the day. Fun game.

What ages?

Best for kids about age 4 or 5 and up. Lots of fun!

How is this game different from the regular SET board game?

It is much simpler. One side of the board has the sets printed so you match from your hand. There are also less cards. I have the adult and kids. Its good for under 6, but my 6 year old quickly switched to the adult version

A fun game for preschool and early elementary kids

A fun game for preschool and early elementary kids. …By the time kids are too old to enjoy the kiddie and junior levels, they'll be ready for the SET game. In the meantime, this is fun for kids of a variety of ages--and fun for the adults who play with them. …A solid, fun game that also helps kids develop logic and patterning without thinking about it!
