Super easy to use and clean. I’ve only had it a few months but we cook a few times a week so it gets used a good amount. It’s a little awkward to hold it but once you find a good spot, it works great.
It works great zesting limes, lemons, and oranges. The zest is very fine, and the microplane cleans easily.

The Deiss PRO lemon zester is 1and 1/2” wide. On lemons and oranges I can easily see the fruit as I zest so I don’t go over the same place. I like that the zest is smaller and finer than what you get with a larger grater.
I think It’s so u don’t cut yourself handling it. It’s very sharp and also to protect it. It works like a charm for zesting and grating hard cheese. We love it.

I'm doing pie now and can very never get a good zest from my lemons and lime. This is constructed well great for big hands like mine and the hole size for the the zest make my pie experience a whole lot of fun.

I don't have the box any longer, so I can't answer that question. But, I can say this is the best grater I've used in 20 years, from grating hard parmesan over pasta to lemon zest on potato salad, it has performed flawlessly.
There are two smaller graters/scrapers on this boxed grater. I use one as a small cheese grater and the other I have never used. It might be best used for a nutmeg scraper. So I have two lemon/orange zesters. One looks like a longish metal file with small cutting lips in it which works very well. The other is another small hand grater which I use for larger zest pieces. I do love my OXO grater and do not have a Cuisinart grater.

I have only used it as a lemon zester and I grate it on on bottom to get a finer zest and it works great and is easy to clean.
I did catch my knuckle the 1st time I used it but then being more careful I was fine. It did a great job but I only used it to grate lemon for zest

Yes. You can grate chocolate, cheese, citrus, and probably other things that start with the letter "c" too. Just be aware that it is a pretty fine texture; grating chocolate would be good for garnishing a dessert.

I typically use this to grate hard cheeses, but it will definitely zest citrus fruits too. It does not get clogged and it's easy and quick!

This microplane is excellent for zesting citrus and for, grating garlic, nutmeg and Parmesan. Glides through citrus skin really easily.

Not sure what you mean by "feet", but I can tell you that this is an excellent product. I've had many zesters that just do not "zest", but this one does a great job.
