Would give 5 stars if the lids fit the frying pans, but they only fit the pots.
Frying pans doesn't seem to be nonstick and they scratch easily even when frying foods and using a fork.

This has quickly become my favorite pan. The pan heats up evenly and has a truly nonstick surface (you still have to use some oil when making eggs. This isn't a magical pan). Works much better than my other $100+ pans.

No doubt you could, but depending on what you're frying, you may want a deeper pan. The pan could definitely take it though.

I bought it couple of months back. I really like it for deep frying. The depth of the pan is perfect for frying vadas and puris. I would recommend this pan for indian cooking.

If your glass top stove is an induction stove, then yes. If it's electric... I don't have a whole lot of experience with them and you would want to find out what the heat tolerance of the tempered glass is. These pots are for deep-frying food, so we're talking temps in excess of 400 degrees F here. If it can handle that and is capable of getting the oil up to those temps, then I don't see why you couldn't use it. But check the specs on your cooktop first.

I love cast iron skillets and this is the best. The Lodge Logic is the best company for cast iron products.
No, the fish taste won't transfer. Just scrub it down with a stiff brush and hot water, towel dry and run with a bit of oil just as you do after each use and you are good to go. Cast iron is excellent for frying fish or anything else for that matter. I wouldn't use anything else.
