Nice product. Simple and effective. We are doing Blue Apron so we are cooking home a lot more. This is the perfect tool for limes, lemons, even garlic and cheeses too. Works exactly as advertised and a great price too.

I am not sure the definition of microplane but it grates very finely. I use it to zest lemon and grate nutmeg. I think it works "grate"! Well worth the money.

Depends what you want the zest for. If it's for flavor in a recipe, you definately want to use this product. Pulped zest gives intense flavor. If it's for decorative zest, use a microplaner.
Microplane? Yes. It has served me well with parm cheese and lemon and lime zest. I haven’t had the occasion to use the slicing feature, but I’m sure it will work just as well.

I haven't tried it yet. I bet it would. I zested a lemon in no time. Shredded cheese. It appears to be stainless steel, very sturdy. Haven't used dishwasher for it, thought better do by hand to make it last longer.
I like the grater because I can hold it from the top and the produce will be contained in the middle. It has proven to be sharp on all sides. The rubber on the bottom holds it and does not scratch. I have used it for every thing from lemon zest, cheese, carrots, and sliced beets. Really like this product

As a zester, it works great! It also functions very well as a grater. I should have purchased one long ago. Just be careful when using and washing it, because it is extremely sharp.

Not sure what you mean by "feet", but I can tell you that this is an excellent product. I've had many zesters that just do not "zest", but this one does a great job.
