I gave it a 3 star because it could be a really nice suitcase if they would fix the problems.
We purchased 3 suitcases but when I tested each of them out the day we got them, all the zippers would get caught going around the corners. The zipper teeth are too large and not designed well for the suitcase.
I really liked the luggage for its size and the handle is good but buyer beware it’s a little bigger than what it says online because they didn’t include the wheels when measuring. I liked the deep pocket in the front and the handle it’s very sturdy, it expands out nicely and surprisingly it can hold a lot of clothes.
However, it’s very topsy turby, tips over easily and unfortunately, we returned them the same day we got them. Not worth $110 each
I am very surprised that with all the reviews from 2015 on the zipper issue and the roller board stands that it hadn’t been corrected.
Again, I really liked this luggage, the material is decent along with the lifting handle, it’s super lightweight too. But apparently, the sellers aren’t relaying the reviews to the manufacturer or the manufacturer doesn’t care to fix the product? There loss and someone else’s gain I guess?
There is a decent travelpro rollerboard suitcase being sold at Costco and it did meet all specks and measurements 22” 9” 14” or something like that but didn’t care for the inside divider, as it takes up too much space but I’m sure it would be great for those travelers that need to hang up there shirts, I think that’s what it’s designed for?
The handle extender is wobbly. But the rollerboard stands work great. Haha... it a trade off!
Heavy business traveler here. This is perfect for 2 suits, 3 shirts, 3 undershirts, 4 socks, 4 sock liners, two cosmetic bags, work shoes, sandals, 2 casual outfits, a few ties, a random computer once in a while. Gives me a solid 4-5 days worth of business travel.
Casual travelers tend to pack heavy---this bag is not for you.
How am I using it:
It's my work horse! I travel regionally by car and flight 4-5 days a week every week for the last 7 years. My previous bag was a very popular, 4 year old-Tumi Tech bought at Costco in 2012.
UPDATE: We purchased a second one for my partner, this bag is excellent!
Now to be fair it was my favorite bag past tense. It is just slightly too big for some of the international carriers so I have now switched to the international version of this bag which is equally good, just a bit smaller.
