I bought the COSMOS drawer, the KLOUD City drawer, and the IOCrest drawer. The only difference among them that I can find is that the IOCrest drawer has the word "IOCrest" in white lettering on the top left of the drawer. Otherwise, they appear to be identical.
Problem#1: It was either the COSMOS or the KLOUD City drawer that arrived with the retainer clasp broken off, but it could easily have happened to any of them in shipping. I used SureHold Helios medium viscosity light-activated glue to reattach the broken clasp and to reinforce the two that had not (yet) broken.
Problem#2: The side holes do not line up with the screw holes in any of the three PC's in my household. In order to prevent the drawer assemblies from pushing into the case, I attached 1 inch wide flocking tape to the side walls, to provide some friction. This is doing the job. Drilling and tapping new screw holes in the drawer assemblies would be better, but this was a quick and easy fix using materials I had at hand.
Despite these problems, I'd have to say I'm quite happy with three of these in my main PC. They provide storage for USB flash drives, cables, and a 4TB portable 2.5" WD Passport external hard drive. I'd buy them again, but can only recommend them to those willing to accept the possibility of having to do a bit of work on them.

Durability is decent. The drawer and the container is plastic all-round. The drawer "floats" on top of the little wheels inside, and it sits on a track. This design appears to be able to take a beating. Bumping it will knock the drawer around, but it won't damage any moving parts. Yes, it feels a bit dinky, but it does the job. See my photos.
The only thing I'm worried about is the ejector. The little plastic tab that the ejector shoots out looks like it could be fairly easy to break. I'll just try to be careful with it.

As many other customer have pointed out, there are fakes being sent out. I was one of the people that received one. (You can tell because you'll get something other than the Cosmos cable tie. I got a pen stylus.) But so far, it seems to be doing its job fairly well.

I have a bad habit of misplacing USB sticks and flash memory that I don't use often and it seems like I either have like twenty at disposal or can't find a single one. A bit of exaggeration but you get the point. Same goes for those small sets of PC screws you can buy and keep organized.
This thing in the past moment of time, has helped me tremendously in keeping stuff right where I need it and also remember to look.
I know I rated it 5 stars, but I do have a complaint. I wish you could take the drawer out easily while you put in the "holding tray." This thing fits in snugly, but a bit too snugly. I had to kinda jam it into the PC case with more force than I wanted to. The last like 2mm I stopped because I thought I was going to damage it. So it sticks out ever so slightly more than it should from the face of my old PC. No less, it still works just fine, which is great.

I ordered mine, then afterwards, I read some of the reviews where many of you received your item with a broken latch and spring, so I was worried while waiting for it to arrive...when I got it I was pleased that mine installed easily and was functioning perfectly..I do see that it is kinda cheaply made but it looks OK and fills up the empty bay I had on this build i'm doing....I carpeted the bottom of it and it helped take away some of the cheapness...I'm satisfied with it, didn't need anything fancy since this is an older build with some gaming components.....

If you're looking for extra storage space and you have a tower with a slot or 2 available, this is certainly a good idea to get. Strenght wise the main compartment is good but the spring piece and plastic to open and close it has been known to be sensitive and easily broken if you aren't careful. Luckily, I didn't encounter this issue, but it is noticeable that the piece is fragile if you are aggressive with it. The front is smooth and it operates nicely, making a click when you push it in to open and upon closing. Would advise to not fill it up too much as it becomes harder to open if it can't slide and you have things rubbing to the top of it. It may not be a huge space, but if you want room for some Disks, USB, Manuals, or anything else you may use, especially if you work on computers and want access to some majorly used small devices, then this could be of interest. It does work well on regular cases, especially black since it blends in. If you are going for something more extravagant of a case though, I would highly stay away since it may kill the look of the case. Great utility, just be careful not to throw it, force it in or drop it when you install it to be safe.

PROS: I love the usefulness of this tray. Its a perfect way to use an otherwise empty 5.25" bay. Excellent home for keeping all those tiny computer items that get lost in a drawer. Things like those small memory cards that go in cameras, USB drives and even hard drive screws.
CONS: I don't love the crappy fitment. Once installed this protrudes out further than every thing else. You have to modify it to fit the way it should.
Bottom line, once the fitment is corrected by you it blends in and you cant even notice it. I have never opened it around my little kiddos and they don't even know its there. I like that all my little bits have a 'home' now.

I got three of these. They fill the space nicely and the shade of black matches the other 5.25 bay devices I have (yes, I have a lot of 5.25 bays).
As others have noted, the drawers themselves are lightweight and can wiggle both up and down and side-to-side when open, though they stay in place when closed. That's fine with me--if I'd wanted the Cadillac of PC case drawers, I would have expected to pay more.
A plus is that it's easy to take the drawers out of their casings after installation to help you root through them (they won't come out on accident).
The drawer at the top is kind of a tight fit against the top edge of the PC case, and I may end up needing to take a sander or something to the front panel to make it just a hair shorter. Aside from that, they don't stick or interfere with the drawers above/below them.
