What a joy to discover Sherri Lee's Book `Under the Fig Leaf''. Not only did I find new recipes but just reading the book brought back fond memories. I was so impressed I ordered over 35 copies to send as Christmas gifts.

What a beautiful cook book all about figs! Even if you think you don't like figs, you will see all the wonderful recipes that will change your mind. Excellent, well-written and beautifully illustrated.

This is a beautiful book. It is easy to see when viewing it why it won 2 awards. It has vibrant colorful pictures, recipes for anything you could imagine to do with figs (and things you wouldn't have imagined). It also has great infor about varieties of figs, how to pick a fig, and how to store and dry them. If you have a fig tree or plan to get one, I highly recommend this book!!!!

This book has great information on everything from picking the figs to drying or canning them. It also has some great and unusual recipes. I bought two copies of this book - one for me and one for a gift for my friend who shares her figs with me! Great purchase!
