Be aware that Superfood Cuisine is the exact same book as Superfood Kitchen except weirdly Superfood Kitchen has 3 additional recipes that Super Food Cuisine doesn’t have. A Baby Spinach and Sea Buckthorn Bisque, a Butter Lettuce Sald with Creamy Sea Buckthorn Dressing and a Mizuna, Fennel and Mulberry salad.

So for that reason I recommend buying Superfood Kitchen rather than Superfood Cuisine. But I’m giving it five stars but be aware and don’t double up like I did .

I have made many recipes from this book and some are terrific, some are good and only one wasn’t great.

The Hemp Hummus is ok but I prefer my own recipe and next time I will just add some hemp seeds.

The Macqui Ketchup is a revelation. If someone has a tomato allergy this is a great substitution seriously!

I love playing with the balls :) There are a number of superfood truffle balls that are great and so much healthier than sugary truffles.

I’m working my way through the smoothies and there are some great ones.

Next I want to try the Tater tots made with white beans and the black bean patties.

Lots of fun to be had in this book using some new (to me) ingredients and love knowing that every recipe is not just flavor packed but nutrition packed!

Delicious recipes, good variety....BUT ----> I want/NEED to know the amount of PROTEIN, FAT, and CARBS per serving that I am eating at every meal; and don't have time to look it up and calculate the values myself. Recipes with nutritional values would be so much more helpful, I am am athlete and need to keep track of this kind of information. Next update, pleeeeeease add this information? Can anyone recommend books with good recipes that DO have this information? Thanks.

I'm neither vegan nor vegetarian but this has become BY FAR my favourite cookbook. It has taken pride of place in my kitchen and I love nothing more than to relax in an evening with a cup of herbal tea looking through this book to see what I can create next. Everything from the recipes and pictures to the wealth of information provides a source of inspiration and invaluable knowledge and the author's engaging character comes through in her writing which makes it easy to read. The photos look amazing and the flavours are enjoyed by my kids and friends alike. There are so many different recipes for so many different occasions and I love trying the new superfoods that I'd never otherwise have known about, knowing exactly how they're supporting my body. This is my fountain of youth and wellbeing! Thanks Julie!!

This gorgeously presented book is the first in-depth insight into superfoods that I have seen and I am truly impressed. Author, Julie Morris, promises in her preface that she will share her superfood successes, and she has done exactly that. Both a magnificent exploration of unique and fascinating new products coupled with delicious and creative takes on healthy plant-based recipes, *Superfood Cuisine* is truly decadent. I literally have never seen anything like this book and every dish I have tried thus far has been delicious! I highly recommend this book!

Love this cookbook. Not only does it have great information on so many wonderful superfoods, but the recipes ROCK! I've been vegan for almost 2 years and this cookbook is one of my favorites. Everything I have made so far has been wonderful and healthy. I'd recommend it to anyone, vegan or not, as the recipes are truly delightful!

This is one of the best vegan cookbooks I've found. Without exception the recipes I've tried have been delicious. It takes a little time to track down and order all the unusual ingredients, but once that's done there's lots of fun food creating ahead.

I have other raw food cookbooks but this is the best. I have tried lots of recipes and they have all been delicious. Lots of helpful information also to get your kitchen sorted. Honestly this is my favorite cookbook.
