I love this author. She's managed to create her own brilliant mythology and place it into a story with believable characters who you want to root for. I can't decide whether I like Emil or Alex better. Okay, at this point it's probably Emil, but that's neither here nor there.

Evie is a fully realized individual, and so are the rest of the cast of characters. The plot twists in this novel - as with the first in the series - are woven in sometimes to the point where the reader doesn't realize that they've been given a clue until is smacks her/him in the face.

Fair warning, this novel does leave the reader wanting the next installment - immediately. Side effects may include rereading to the point of obsession, and habitually checking Mrs. Corbett's twitter on a regular basis to see if she's working. (For those who wondered, she's always working.)

Thus far I have loved everything I've gotten my hands on that she's written.

after reading and loving eternal starling i was very excited to get going on eternal echos. did not want to put it down. eternal echos is a great continuation of the story started in eternal starling that can stand on it's own. of course, once you read eternal echos you will be compelled to pick up eternal starling to see how the story began.

evie is growing in her sense of self, her place in the world and her love for alex and emil! new memories give insight into her past but only make the choice she must make even more confusing. how will she choose? who will she choose?

twists and turns that kept me switching sides. a cliff hanger that leaves you wanting more. hurry with the third installment! don't make us wait too long to find out what i am sure will be an exciting conclusion to this trilogy!!

Exciting and so worth the time for an unforgettable story.
