Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

- Reviewed in the United States on April 2, 2024Based on the description, I thought this book would be a more comprehensive guide. However, it turns out to assume a prior level of knowledge. The book's examples are overly complex and lack clarity.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2019I have read this book before designing a REST API for my company. It is a nice, concise book that greatly helped us design our API.
