–Juicing Diet Works
“I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested improving their health and looking for a delicious way to do it. Not only will you find low-sugar fruit smoothies for those who have to watch their blood sugar, but you will be surprised to see that there are also concoctions that have a dessert-like zing to them. It is all up to you. Also after doing my research on how many fruits and vegetables I need to eat every day, I find that it is so much easier to bring the two together in a drink form. So simple and so time saving!”

“A must-have for your kitchen shelf if you’re trying to improve your diet, or simply persuade your family to eat more healthily… This is not just a recipe book, it thoroughly deserves its biblical title. Over half the book is dedicated to a thoroughly researched and nutritionally-based explanation of creating perfectly healthy and tasty smoothies… The Healthy Smoothie Bible is a wonderful addition to your kitchen and a great way to get you and your family fired up about eating your greens.”

“I assumed this was a recipe book, and yes, there are plenty of recipes. But Farnoosh isn’t playing around – this really is a smoothie bible! Everything you’ve ever wanted to know about healthy smoothies is in here, plus everything you didn’t know you needed to know.”
–Christina Canters, clean eating blogger
“Lately, as I've been approaching my due date, I've been trying to be more intentional about my iron intake - which means a lot of green vegetables. And a girl can only eat so many salads! Smoothies have been my savior in this regard… [Brock] has compiled a collection of 108 healthy smoothie recipes in this book - including a nice collection of green smoothies (perfect for helping me boost iron!).”

Praise for Farnoosh Brock’s The Healthy Juicer’s Bible
“This book serves as a valuable asset for our health and healing journeys to enter into and understand the fantastic world of juicing. It is a comprehensive book that provides a complete “how to” when it comes to juicing that anyone, no matter what stage they may be at in their life, can utilize easily and effectively. From practical kitchen tips to personal development tools, along with great content and presentation, it is a well rounded book that will no doubt be a pleasure to work with.”
–Evolving Wellness
“Anyone looking to pick up a good book on juicing would do well to check out The Healthy Juicer’s Bible… The book is essentially a compilation of fresh juice recipes, going close to covering any fruit or vegetable you could ever think of and more! Whether you want to make healthy juices a part of your daily routine, already have your fitness regime down or have recently set health goals for yourself, the book will prove invaluable in your quest for a healthier and happier lifestyle. Whether you like coaxing juice from kale to absorb proteins, or from blueberries to fight free radical or fancy juicing spinach for its protein richness, you will find a recipe suited for your purpose in this fine book. There are recipes to suit most taste buds and we’re pretty sure you won’t be disappointed!”
–Juicers and Recipes
“When I picked up the 10-chapter, 281-page Healthy Juicer’s Bible, I was expecting a plethora of theories, overviews, and notions. But much to my surprise, it didn’t take Farnoosh Brock (the author) more than a few set of pages to prove me wrong. And every page after that is filled with eye-opening information after eye-opening information… Whether you are a health nut (like myself), or just beginning to venture on the healthy side of life, The Healthy Juicer’s Bible is your absolute best friend… If I have to give Farnoosh Brock a grade for The Healthy Juicer’s Bible, it will have to be a solid A.”
–Kodjoworkout.com
“A delightfully written, beautifully illustrated, comprehensive juicing guide that is full of juicing recipes… The Healthy Juicer’s Bible totally lives up to its name – when the word “bible” is in a book’s title, expectations run high and I say that if you care even a little about your health, this book is a must-have on your shelf – that shelf where you keep all your frequently referred books. I do have a confession to make, though. In spite of knowing that juicing is good for health, I was a little skeptical, fueled by a little laziness. But Farnoosh makes everything sound so easy and fun and I was motivated to make the effort. I was pleasantly surprised to feel energized and this helped me continue juicing. The book is very specific with detailed information on WHY and how to get started.”
–Vidya Sury, Collecting Smiles, inspiring happiness
“Farnoosh Brock writes in a gentle and inspiring way. Kind of the way a friend would talk to you in order to motivate you to do something great for yourself. I love that it took no time to finish reading [The Healthy Juicer’s Bible]… I felt like an expert on juicing when I was done. To say I love this book would be an understatement.”

“It’s not quite often that you’ll find a smoothie book that’s full of high quality content. The recipes in this book don’t require ‘exotic’ and ‘hard to find’ ingredients. They are easy to make and perfect for busy people. When you’re reading this book, you’ll think that the author has been reading your head, because the questions you’ve probably been asking are being answered as you start reading this book.”

I also noticed something odd in passing about the photos. I made a smoothie (Chocolate Raspberry Joy) which was yummy but did not resemble the photo next to it. For some reason, the photo bugged me, until I realized I had seen it before in a slightly different form in another smoothie recipe book I own called "Metabolic Boosting Smoothies." The same for a photo that also appeared in "MBS" under the recipe "Strawberry Almond Smoothie." Until then, I'd assumed the photos were actually finished products of the various recipes on the page. Ah well. Now I know better.
I must admit the author is genuinely enthusiastic about smoothies and getting people to have a healthier diet/lifestyle, so I'll give her points for that.
