About the author

Mylitta Butler was depressed and had struggled with her weight since she was nineteen years old. At her heaviest, she tipped the scale at 304 pounds. She suffered from high blood pressure and high cholesterol, as well as being borderline type 2 diabetic. After a visit to her doctor and hearing her blood work results were getting worse, she faced the reality of the unhealthy relationship she had developed with food. It was a hard pill to swallow, but she came to realize, she was not only eating when she was hungry but rather when she was hurting.
After some much-needed soul searching, Mylitta was able to go from 304 pounds down to 143 pounds in less than 15 months. Using the power of combining different diets together like Keto, Vegan, Low-Calorie, Weight Watchers and Intermittent Fasting, she successfully conquered the mountain many feel they cannot climb. By creating what she called a Diet Remixx, in which she could eat things like cheeseburgers and chocolate cake, and still lose weight. Since the beginning of 2020, she has set out to motivate and inspire thousands of women with her words of encouragement through a series of YouTube videos, social media and on her blog.
Mylitta's goal is to continue inspiring women who are struggling with their weight loss goals. By showing them that falling down is not failing, and starting over is more than okay. She is adamant that with the right tools and information they too, can stand in the ring and fight for their health, lose the weight and win.
Mylitta lives in Tampa, Florida and between writing empowering words to encourage women to embrace their beauty and love their curves, she spends time with her husband, son, and their two Doberman Pinchers.

You need to read this book. Mylitta Butler solved all the dieter’s issues why we continue to make same mistakes
over and over .
She explained in easy to understand way , even someone like myself don’t read much get it. hahaha !
