As an experienced chemical engineer I found this reference to be an excellent text for all engineers working with pressure relief systems. There are step-by-step calculation procedures for a variety of sizing calculations including the omega method for two phase flow. There is a section on maintenance and installation and other useful information.

You should have this reference on your desk if you work with pressure relief valves, especially given its reasonable price tag.

Very happy with "The Safety Relief Valve Handbook ."
Practical information on valve operation, and installation. The author provides methods for calculations (I was specifically looking at inlet and outlet piping size). Calculation sources are well cited (which codes are applicable).
