I feel like his way is a really effective one. This book is awesome. Easy reading too. I watched his interviews on youtube over and over and tried to get the points. It takes a lot of knowledge and research to understand this stuff completely.
This is the best book I've read so far but without all the other's ( such as watching a lot of the new info on illuminati and conspiracy videos) I don't know if I could put the information together about what he's talking about. He seems to sum things up and put it in perspective and tell us what we can advance to.
He actually sais it's true that the mind or spirit is doing all the work on the body. For example if you are ill
with liver disease such as an alcoholic your liver is destroyed by your own anger not the liquor which is just
an aggravating factor.
I try and wonder how liver's are saved by chemicals like B-12 or other factors like transplant work out.
I wonder how physicians can be so mean not to tell people, and people can be so mean not to believe them
when they say they are mental cases and don't appreciate being told the hard truth.
I know for years changing my diet, to all natural unprocessed foods, raw nuts and fruits and vegetable juice fresh squeezed, cured most of my illness, so I'm one to think it's all about chemistry.
Maybe an evil mind leads you to ingest bad chemicals and it is the chemicals...but maybe there's a balance,
and it's part of both.
Whatever it is Chris has a way with him, that when you connect, you will get stronger. That's what I sense.
He also understands fairies, and sylphs and other interdimensional beings and seems to settle down my
endless curiosity by summing it all up. I feel my money was well spent on this book because it got me on
track and takes the fear away by showing it can be controlled yourself to get where you need to go.
He reads the Akashic Records and I can't figure out how on earth something like this exists...a green crystal
that records all the information on earth. That is one big mystery to me and I hope to keep reading everything
he knows and get my whole soul in my body and become a jumper, a translocater he calls it. :) ouivalerie
