This is a must-have!

This is a great book for very simple ways to use herbs as a parent. I am newer to herbalism and have felt very intimidated by getting started. This book was written in a way that made it all seem very doable!! I liked the way the book was laid out from pregnancy through young adulthood. My kids are getting older, so I was able to skim the first half of the book and pay attention to the ages that were most applicable to my life. I consider myself to be a slow reader and I rarely actually finish a book. I usually get bored halfway though and start a new book instead. This book had me engaged the entire time and I was able to read it in a single weekend! My only real issue with the book is that most of the recipes call for honey. I have a honey allergy and I wasn’t sure which recipes could be substituted with a different sweetener. Some of the recipes also didn’t indicate how long they’d store for and it would be more convenient to have that listed on each recipe. Overall, j highly recommend the book!
