Ich beziehe mich in erster Linie auf das "Beauty Detox Plan"-Buch - Kimberly Snyders Ernährungslehre ist jedoch in all ihren Werken Thema.
Da ich nicht alles glaube was ich lese, zweifle ich beispielsweise stark an, dass Milch und sämtliche Milchprodukte Krebs auslösen können. Nie mehr richtig schön frühstücken, sondern lediglich etwas Obst und später einen grünen Saft?
Cashew-Kerne und Erdnüsse sind schädlich, Kichererbsen sind auch ungesund. Kaffee und Bier sind das allerletzte.
Also wenn ich mich den Rest meines Lebens so ernähren würde, wie es die Autorin vorschlägt, hätte ich chronisch schlechte Laune was man mir ansehen würde. Also wäre ich garantiert nicht schöner:)
