I got this peeler to replace my 20 year old OXO peeler, which I love. I hate change and was not sure about the slightly different grip design.
I needn’t worry with OXO brand. This new peeler is amazing. The grip is very comfortable and it’s so nice having a sharp blade again. The blade rocks side to side more than my old one which makes cleaning much easier.

Finally found a one to replace the old metal peeler
The arthritis in my hands keeps getting worse. I have bought several peelers trying to ease the pain, but none up to now has done as good a job peeling as the old metal one. This one doesn't hurt my hand and thumb joint. And I found out that a vegetable peeler isn't just for vegetables! It peels the very thin skinned white peaches just fine as you can see. It does it quickly, too. Never going back!

I ordered the vegetable peeler because I can be clumsy and I’m constantly cutting my fingers attempting to slice fruits and vegetables. This vegetable slicer did not disappoint. It is sturdy, glides nicely, and easily peeled my veggies!
