Very tacky tac! Perfect!

I had been reading reviews for all the differents brands of adhesive putty because i was looking to put glow-in-the-dark stars on the ceiling of my room and i wanted something that would stick for a long time. I also wanted a white putty because i had started to use the blue stuff and the blue stuff would show through the star when it was put up and it just looked bad. That's when i found the UHU tac and it's been everything I've wanted it to be! I've had the stars up now for a couple months and not a one has fallen down yet! Also, my room is very large and the amount of putty that i received was WAYYY enough to cover the entire room. I'll be sticking with UHU if i ever need to put up my glow-in-the-dark stars. :)

Does its job, better than tabs

I work at a movie theatre so I tend to sometimes take home some movie posters. I previously used 3M Brand poster adhesive tabs, Scotch removable mounting tape, and Scotch poster dots all of which were terrible. My posters probably lasted a grand total of 2 months before falling off the wall with air conditioning blasting at it.

These movie posters are fairly thick and heavy so they needed something very sticky. These Saunders putty tabs did the trick! You get a generous amount of putty tac and can honestly reuse the ones you have used. I would recommend using scissors to cut out the perforated tac so you get an even amount.

After two months, the posters are still holding up with no sign of falling.

Best alternative to using nails

This stuff is amazing. I live in an apartment so unfortunately I cannot nail anything to the walls. Before this I bought this I tried so many different tape adhesives. I also used the adhesive for command hooks but nothing, absolute nothing worked as well as these putty tabs. I was trying to stick up postcards on my wall and over and over, the adhesives I bought from scotch would not be able to support the weight of cardstock. I finally grew desperate and bought this putty due to the reviews. None of the postcards I hung up ever fell again. I even managed to hang up small decorative mirrors and a canvas print with a wood frame using just these putty tabs!

The best kind!

This stuff! Ok I have tried to get oily marks, even heating it. I have flat paint all over and this has been unable to mark any of my walls, at least in a 2 month period. It's strong enough to hold up my CO detector which hasn't budged at all (I put a small mark on the wall to compare any shift). And that thing has 4 AA batteries in it. I really didn't think I used enough, but 2 dime sized splotches are solid for like 6oz of weight there.

I'm never getting the blue stuff again, this is so much stronger. You do need to work it like taffy for best results. Pull, mush, pull, mush....

Laser leveled every picture frame in my house

I used the putty to laser level every picture frame in my house. Over time my picture frames get crooked. This is especially noticeable for groupings of picture frames. I used my laser level to position each picture frame. Then I put 2 squares of the putty on the base of each picture frame and pressed each picture frame against the wall. The putty does not need to carry any weight. The putty only needs to keep a picture frame from moving left or right. For the small cost of the putty and an hour's work, the picture frames look great, and I avoid the ongoing chore of straightening picture frames. Money very well spent.

Loved this product

Loved this product! I put up 5x5 wood pieces with these in early August and they still haven't come off (it is now December 18) so they work pretty darn well! I also use these to put up posters and little photos in my room. They do come off very well off the walls as well as I took down a couple pictures the other day (that were originally put up in early August) and do not leave any marks. Highly recommend if you do not want to drill holes/nail somewhat lightweight items on your walls! Also good for those who live in the dorms~
