My polycarbonate glasses had small scratches and they told me that they could not be polished. Of course I was offered to buy new lenses for only $150. So eventhough I did not find reviews of this product involving glasses i decided to give it a chance since I did not have much to lose. Worst case scenario, I would have to buy the the lenses.
At first I was a little disapointed since I started with the #2 and did not work much, then I did #1 and nothing happened. So I went for the #3 and... success! However the coating on the lenses (anti-reflexion) got wipped off. And I found out something else... the coating is totally bogus. Why did I pay all that money for it in the first place?
Recommendation: Buy it! for glasses.

I was *VERY* skeptical when I purchased this. My issue was not dulled headlights, a scratched motorcycle face shield, or something along those lines. My wife was cleaning the plexiglass that protects the built-in navigation panel on our BMW and encountered a little dirt that resisted her damp paper towel. She grabbed the nearest thing that seemed like a cleaner, soaked down a paper towel, and rubbed the finger nail poish remover all over the screen. You guessed it, severly damaged the plexiglass to the point that you could no longer see through it. I called autoparts stores, I called the BMW Dealers, I searched everywhere on-line trying to find a way to replaced the plexiglass without needing to buy a new nav/audio unit. EVERYONE (after holding back their laughter at using finger nail polish remover on the plexiglass) told me I had no choice but to buy a new unit .... $$Thousahnds$$! It was so unusable I spent $200 on a new Garmin GPS that sticks to the winshield.

When I saw the Novus polish on-line I really didn't think it could help. But for the price, I couldn't pass up the possibility that it would AT LEAST get me to the point that I could see the radio stations again. Believe it or not, less than FIVE MINUTES after opening the Novus product the display was returned to NEARLY NEW condition. If you KNEW damage had been done and IF you KNEW excactly where the damage was you can still find it but you have to search pretty hard in the right light at the right angle. My guess is that I could spend another 3 minutes and make it completely disappear but, like I said, it is back to nearly new condition. Thank you Novus!

I purchased a Novus Plastic Polish kit mainly to use for my many pairs of (non-prescription, non-coated) reading glasses, all with plastic lenses. The first thing I repaired, though, was my watch "crystal" (actually tough plastic), which had a big gouge in it. I started with product no. 1, which cleaned the plastic without affecting the scratch. Then I tried no. 2 but it made almost no difference. So following instructions I went on to no. 3, and after a few minutes of rubbing the scratch was almost invisible. Nobody would know it was there except me, and I'm certain I could remove every last trace if I thought it was worthwhile. I followed the no. 3 treatment with nos. 2 and 1 again, and the crystal was beautiful, like new except for the tiny area I didn't bother to spend more time with. I also tried the polishes on a couple of pairs of non-Rx reading glasses, with good results. It does what I wanted it to do, and is the first really effective, and fairly easy, way I've found to remove scratches and impart a super-slick shiny surface to damaged plastic.
The product labeled no. 1 is a super-good cleaner, and I suspect it is not abrasive at all. Each of the three products requires only a tiny bit to do its work, and there are a few lint-free wipers supplied to apply and buff with.

Highly recommended.

Bought this to clean and restore my motorcycle windshield which, after years of taking a beating from countless insects and road debris, had begun to take on a hazy appearance. From what I can tell, this is not a miracle product but is also not totally worthless. I worked my way through each bottle following the instructions shown on the informational brochure and achieved some satisfactory results. While the windshield was far from looking like new after applying the polish (some scratches and imperfections were still very much visible), there was a definite improvement in clarity. For others to get a better idea, I've uploaded a before and after photo for comparison. Would recommend this product to others but note that your mileage may vary.

I bought a 60 gallon acrylic fish tank that was badly scratched and gouged. I sanded the entire tank starting with 320 grit sandpaper and worked down to 2000 grit. I finished with Novus #3 and #2. It took a long time, but it restored the surface to nearly new condition. I am very happy with the results.

Worked great for repairing my Dodge Challenger instrument cluster. When I bought my car used it had scratches across the center cluster. I used solution 1 to clean the panel and solution 2 to repair the fine scratches and it worked perfectly. Now when the digital speedometer is lit up I can't see the scratches anymore. Great product! Top is before with scratches and bottom is after it being repaired with Novus solution.
