I eat low carb and have cut out all processed sugars. I don't like to use fake sugars like sucralose because they have been known to CAUSE sugar cravings, not to mention it is loaded with chemicals. I would do coconut sugar but like regular sugar, it is still high in carbs and has no fiber to offset it. This one has 0 net carbs, meaning it has 1g carbs with 1g fiber so they cancel each other out. I only use 1-2 a day, depending on how strong my coffee is that day. Stevia is an acquired taste. I have used this granular form, their regular granular for (without the fiber and probiotics) and the drops and all 3 of them have a slight bitterness but not nearly as bad as others I have tried and I have yet to find one that is any better. I don't recommend their flavored options though, at least not the cinnamon. It was more like potpourri than actual cinnamon.

This doesn't interest everyone but it interested me...I knew this company was a family company but the Balance box has the verse from Genesis 1:29 printed on the side under their company bio. I do not see this on the box of the regular or liquid ones. New packaging maybe? Pretty awesome since you don't see that very often. From the PDF about their business on their website:

I forgot how much I like these. The Balance with Chromium and Inluin is hard to find, so thanks Amazon for having them here. Chromium and inulin work to regulate blood sugar and help with carb chravings and the taste of these is very good. I add them to sodastream water with some lime and it helps my soda cravings. I hope they don't cancel this Balance version, I may need to stock up.
