    There is not a single recipe I had a book which I misplaced I think it was life among the hunza which had recipes for chapati bread and lamb dishes

    The Hunza's may not make it to 160 but they are certainly a long lived people. I enjoyed this analysis of their longevity from one of the pioneers of natural living. Don't expect a heavy scientific tight analysis. But it is a fun read especially when you think of it as a message carried to us by a previous generation.

Rodale’s classic book, “The Healthy Hunzas” and include this title in the suggested reading section of Chapter 11: Menopause in my book, YOUR BODY CAN TALK: HOW TO USE SIMPLE MUSCLE TESTING FOR HEALTH AND WELL BEING. “The Healthy Hunzas” is a highly enjoyable read.
