Ich verwende das Extract für diverse Eiscremsorten. Wenige Tropfen bis höchstens ein Teelöfel auf die Menge Sahne und Milch für ca. 1.5 L Eis, ein Traum. Sprich für reines Vanille Eis ein Teelöfel und zum abschmecken zum Teil nur wenige Tropfen bis ½ Teelöfel für andere Sorten wie z.B. Ahorneis. Meine Freunde lieben mein Eis.
