    Anyone desiring to obtain accurate information concerning America's part in the development of Chemical/Biological warfare needs to read this insightful 1968 publication. Hersh, an "old time" journalist, provides a non-PC scientific approach as to what transpired during Cold War era research regarding C/B warfare and the rationale behind America's involvement in this aspect of national defense. A definite "must read".
