We used to buy this stuff by the gallon at our favorite Asian grocery store in Phoenix, but it's been IMPOSSIBLE find because of the issues the Huy Fong company has had (sadly, their own fault). We've tried every other kind out there, but they just aren't the same!! The yucky oils they use, the flavor, etc... we just can't live without this stuff! I was worried about expiration dates and if it would arrive intact (no leaks) so I just ordered one at first (from the ShopEssential seller). It arrived quickly, perfectly sealed, and doesn't expire until December 2025! And they're the bigger 18 oz jars!Tastes great and I'm so happy to be able to add this to our Thai and Asian dishes again!! I ordered 3 more from the same seller and am happy to say they arrived quickly again (today) in the same perfect condition, no leaks, with the Dec 2025 expiration date! The date was hard to find at first, but it's literally embossed into the plastic jar up near the top. If you've been missing the real deal Chili Garlic Sauce, then order it while you still can! I almost didn't want to write this review because it will probably sell out, but I'd want someone to let me know about it... so, you're welcome! ;)

In our area this particular spice has disappeared from our grocery store shelves. It's been over a year I couldn't find it. Everywhere I looked. Of course it's habbit forming. You can take a (dab) your tast, and place with anything you want a different (spicy) taste. Pot of beans, hamburgers, etc. So where did I look? Yes amazon.
I'm so happy now. It lasts forever. Can't say enough good about this chi)I pepper sauce.

I have been buying this one for years from local grocery HEB, Kroger, @ $3-$4 but lately it’s just does not stay stocked. Thank goodness for Amazon. I use this on my weekly marinade rotation with chicken breast. I mix with TomYum and Harissa Moroccon flavors and enjoy it as hot sauce with different dishes. It has a spice and a zing that I enjoy. They actually do sell this in a gallon. lol😍
