I've watched all three seasons twice, and I have to say it is one of my favorite shows. Not only does it entertain with all the classic reality TV drama, but it inspired me to start my own weight loss journey and I'm currently down 40 pounds.

While those who are overly conservative (i.e. offended by homosexuality, promiscuity, or the modern world in general) will not enjoy this show, for everyone else it is a fantastic series.

I love this show and I hope it's coming back. Jackie is warm, funny, smart, hot, and real. She struggles with life's up's and down's like the rest of us but she doesn't give up. Jackie is very inspirational and a blast to watch! Love her!!

I just love season 1 of Work Out. Only 6 episodes though I feel its the best out of all the season's. I own all 3 and all are good but for this being the first one the drama with Jackie's Brazilian girlfriend was just too crazy at times. LOL!
