What a disappointment...they ruined a great product....

If I could give this zero stars I would. This new and "improved" formula now contains alcohol and it makes my skin turn red. You can smell the alcohol when you open it. It's misleading that they say it's fragrance free. It feels completely different...not rich and creamy like it used to be. It's very disappointing because I can't even remember how many years I've been using this....at least 20 but probably longer. I wonder how many customers Eucerin will lose because of this?

Since no one has put the ingredient difference up yet as product pictures, here you go. Old, blue cap versus red, new cap. Old formula felt more spreadable and silky to me. I was fully on board with using it the rest of my life. New one is not terrible but I totally find myself wanting to try a different brand. I'm still trying to get through the several bottles of the new formula I unwittingly purchased last year. Which is hard since I no longer want to put it on.

This is one of the only products that I have found effective and non-irritating to use on my skin after shaving.
I have pretty durable skin for the most part... I can handle most fragrances or quick changes in products... but shave bumps / irritation is pretty common for me, especially on my legs. It is only with the combination of regularly changing razor heads, using a gentle chemical exfoliant beforehand, and this miracle moisturizer that I have been able to pretty much completely stop any shave bumps or irritation caused by shaving.
It is definitely a very thick cream and I do not usually use it every single day (although this may change in the winter months) but if you have any trouble areas from irritated or dry skin, this would more than likely be a great option for you.
I found this product from my favorite Youtube dermatologist team (subscribe to "Doctorly" if you haven't already... they are the best!) and have not looked back since. I will definitely use this product as long as they keep on makin' it!

GREASY!! Will NOT Buy Again

So very disappointed! I had such high hopes for this Eucerin cream. I wish I had purchased the smaller size. It advertises that it is non-greasy and easily absorbed. I have found exactly the opposite to be the case. Even using a very small amount on my sensitive face that does not tolerate paper masks that my health facilities require, permitting cloth masks only on top of paper “medical” masks, my skin immediately felt greasy. And even after an hour, this cream still had not been absorbed. I cannot see how this cream could possibly be noncomedagenic. I must admit that it did soothe the angry skin on my face and stop the itching and flaking. It’s as if the only way I can get relief from the effects of wearing a paper mask is to smear Crisco on my face. Yech!! Surely there must be a better way! This greasy Eucerin is not an acceptable solution.

I LOVE this lotion! I have sensitive skin, so I always use scent free lotion, but this is by far my favorite! It is soo moisturizing and feels good on your skin! I love that it isn't super heavy or greasy but really does moisturize. I also tend to get little bumps on my arms and legs and this lotion seems to really help. My boyfriend also gets really dry skin and he uses this as well and loves it!
