This is an outstanding facial wash, we use it in the shower (I say we because my wife who is a cosmetologist hijacked it too once I started using it). We’ve been using it for about 2 years. It’s not cheap but it’s without a doubt the best face wash money can buy and I’ve used dozens of them. I usually scrub about 4 pumps on my face with my hands and leave it on for about a minute before rinsing. After showering I also use their mens face cream and eye serum. Even when I’m ready for bed at night my face feels silky smooth. You’ll see what I mean after using the products for a decent amount of time. Best products hands down I’ve ever used.

Safe for Sensitive Skin, Makes a Difference You Can Feel

First tried this in the Elemis Advent calendar and it was probably my favorite new-to-me product in the set. Have always poo-pooed expensive cleansers, as they mostly just wash off your face and down the drain, but this one might have changed my mind. (I mean, I did go out and buy it again.)

Gentle, daily exfoliation that makes a difference you can feel in your skin's texture, without leaving it red or dry. Have somewhat sensitive skin and can normally only use AHA products more sparingly, even those that generally advocate daily use are a 1-2 times per week tops for me, or I start to get flaky. But this never bothered me and left my skin visibly smoother and softer after every wash, while still feeling hydrated. The pump top is easy to use in the shower, and it works great with the Elemis pro-collagen cleansing balm (also a fave) when I need/want to double cleanse at night.

It's got a silky, lightly foaming texture and because it's an AHA, non-abrasive, exfoliant, it can be used with a Clarisonic, or similar cleansing brush.

Really the first wash that I felt justified its premium price point. It smells great and lasts quite a while too, as a little goes a long way. I only need one pump to do my face, neck and decollete daily, so a bottle lasts me two to three months easily, making the price point easier to swallow. This, a balm and the Tatcha rice polish are always in my skin cleansing tool kit.

I’m in my 30s and my Clarisonic finally kicked the bucket. I have been washing my face with my hands while I figure out which facial brush to get so my skin got dull, and desperately needed exfoliating. I bought this on prime day on a whim and I have seen a big change in my skin. It gets rid of the gunk and build up on my face due to my oily skin. People have commented on the “glow” I seem to have now. I have far less blemishes, even the monthly hormonal pimple are reduced in appearance and number. Best of all, I’m still just using my hands to wash my face. A little goes a long way, as I literally use just a drop to wash my face. I will admit it is pricey, but this bottle could easily last me 4 months or more.

I am LOVING this face wash. I've seen real results and improvements since switching to this from my old fav. This was my first time going up to this price bracket for a cleanser and I was a bit hesitant, but good skin is the foundation for anything else you put into it and in this case I can definitely say it's worth the extra expense. My skin feels tighter (without being "tight" or uncomfortable) and more elastic, fine lines and pores both definitely reduced- in short, my skin just feels younger. On the back of this purchase I will definitely be buying more from the Elemis range and investing in the rest of my skin care.

I'm 28, so showing the first signs of aging, and have slightly dry/combination skin. I use the cleanser both on its own and, a couple of times a week, with a Clarisonic cleansing brush. I really was genuinely surprised by what a difference this has made to my skin, as well as how little product you need to use- a pea sized amount is plenty for the whole face/neck/décolletage area, so the bottle will last a good long time.

My only recommendation is not to leave it in the shower, because this style of top with the recess can collect water, which enters into the bottle and both dilutes the product and leads to it spoiling, which is an issue I've had with other face washes with the same style of pump (for a while I was mystified by a Clinique face wash which seemed to last so much longer than it should
!)- however, I put the bottle on its side while I shower so water won't fall into it and then take it out when I'm done and in this way there are no issues and the product stays perfect.

Lovely fruity smell, it does feel like my skins are ... “renewed”. But I’m not quite convinced for the following reasons;
- i prefer face wash that leaves my skin a bit more refreshed. This one is very moisturising (which is good!) but it just doesn’t feel “cleaned”.
- after using it daily (once rather than the recommended twice a day), my upper nose/eye area feel very dry and itchy. Not sure if it’s the weather or if my skin just doesn’t agree with this one in particular. I don’t have a particularly sensitive skin... so I’m unsure.

Definitely buy it during sales!! (Bought mine during Black Friday sales. Same price as Boxing Day sales.)

Although it doesn’t really lather up, I nevertheless found this a good cleansing treatment that takes away areas of roughness seemingly in one go. It had an immediate impact that I could feel on my skin even if I couldn’t see it straightaway. I have been using this daily for a few years now and my skin feels and looks in good condition and I have no doubt that this first step has made a major contribution towards that. I use a lot of Elemis products, primarily the Marine collection, and have yet to find anything better. If you haven’t used it before, try this; if my experience is anything to go by, you won’t regret it and should feel results pretty quickly.
