I was rather cautious about buying this, as I thought it had a high chance of being too crude for my tastes. Well, yes, it does have its crude moments. Rather a lot of them. But it's still screamingly funny. I'm so sorry there isn't more of it - I'd so like to follow the adventures of this wild crew for another season (or at the very least one FULL season, not just six episodes). So the biggest disappointment here is simply that there isn't more of it. The acting is excellent on all fronts -- the villain and his henchman steal the show -- but our hero and his band hold their own as well. I consider it money well spent.

What?!?!?! When I learned that Krod is "Dork" spelled backwards... that made the show I already had fallen in love with EVEN BETTER!!! The quick quips and witty banter are hilarious... Even though it wasn't on very long... it's so good it's nothing to watch it over and over again... I keep it on my Kindle Fire HD and it makes me laugh every time. This is how I first learned how funny Kevin Hart is also... to see his career explode has been a treat. He deserves it just based on his performance in Krod Mandoon!!!

A fun parody on EVERY sword swinging movie you have ever seen. We have Krod Mandoon who gets frustrated that his sword catches fire ever once in a while. (Not getting this might mean something when it comes to his destiny.) His girlfriend who is an over sexed pagan, a wizard that can't seem to cast a spell, a troll who kind of a bigger mess than you can imagine, and finally his mentor's really gay lover. (One of the few things I didn't like. A gay person thrown in for comedy is just rude.) Anyway it's a fun romp and I highly recommend it.

I cannot remember a comedic villain anywhere near as perfect as Matt Lucas. Alex Macqueen as the lackey, Barnabas, was outstanding as well. Like other reviewers I wish the series had lasted longer. But shows that heavily employ gags and out-of-place idioms don't wear well (one Airplane movie was plenty). I'm happy with the 6 episodes of Krod that we got and happy that they ended on a high note. Due to some content, I wouldn't recommend for children without previous vetting by adult. This isn't Casablanca but you'll enjoy watching it many times over without ever tiring or failing to laugh.

This is a really great show. It's worth it just to watch the actor who plays the arch villain, but the whole cast is fun. Great mixture of some clever, some stupid, and a lot silly, satire.

I was a little skeptical of this show at first. I didn't expect it to be anything great, but I did at least expect to be entertained. (With one of the geniuses behind 'Little Britain' in it, I expected him to at least be funny.) I was pleasantly surprised. The humor is a little on the crude side, but not overly so. To be honest, it reminded me of some of the escapades my role-playing group would joke about on Saturday nights.

The series follows a would-be hero Krod & his band of well... not so great warriors as they go about their daily affairs & try to combat evil where they can. Again, there is some potty humor, but what else do you expect from a show whose main character's name is "dork" spelled backwards?

If you like roleplaying, Little Britain & aren't afraid of a little blue humor, then this show is for you. If you like your humor to be a little more refined, then this show isn't for you.

If you haven't seen this series it's worth watching at least once. I remember when it first came out I thought it was an awesome show, and would have given it five stars. After recently watching it I realized the acting isn't the best, some of the jokes feel forced, and you can tell this was definitely a low budget film. Still its pretty funny overall and isn't a complete waste of time.
