The weights are awesome. I ordered the 45 lb plates and they arrived on time.....
BUT for some reason one is what I ordered and the other is a solid red bumper plate.... I was excited to get them out and use them but I can't help but feel let down. Now I think my Christmas present to myself just got more expensive....(
As for as the plate in question, it is what it says: rubber coated 45 lb plate with three handles. The entire thing is rubber coated including the inside of the ring, which makes it not slide on the bar so easy but the same plate with a steel ring is more expensive so just be aware if you're use to full metal plates or ones with metal rings.
For me as long as the plate weighs what it says, and you have a match to go on the other side of the bar, it's a good weight.
