    I recently purchased your Inova T4 mp tactical led 200 lumens rechargeable flashlight and I have to say that upon receiving the equipment it worked for approximately one day. I'm a police officer who works night shift all my career and I depend the mayority of the time and rely on a good working and reliable flashlight to do my job. I spoke to a customer representative approximately a week after purchasing the flashlight and I'm still waiting for a replacement. I'm very dissapointed in the quality of equipment and service that I have received from your company, especially when the equipment is graded with such high reviews.

    As a police officer I rely on my equipment to save my life. None of us are nice to our equipment so when a cop gives an assessment of a product, it is from a worse case/best case scenario. The following review is based on real world application in a profession that does not forgive.

    Emmisive Energy Corp: Inova T4.

    This light outperforms expectation in an urban environment. Battery life is exceptional along with the charging time. Beam is very focused. The light's strobe was found to be effective in disorienting suspects both in darkness and in semi-lit areas. Fit and finish are very good with the light being comfortable to use and work with.

    Pros: After being dropped on concrete from shoulder height several times over the last seven months, this light still performs flawlessly. Great shock resistance. On/off button easy to use and switch between strobe and low power. Battery life and charging time significantly better then competing companies (Surefire, Streamlight).

    Cons: The on/off switch sometimes will not hold the light on. I have found that you will sometimes have to keep pushing the switch to get the light off of "momentary on/off".

    Not to be used in contact with ANY water.
    Inova claims that the light is water resistant. After speaking with Dot (ext. 204) in the customer service dept. I was informed that the light would withstand momentary submergence in a puddle. Washing off a biological contaminate (blood) under the sink faucet exceeded the "water resistant" claim. Water was found inside the battery compartment and toggle switch area which caused the light to stop working. Inova offered to take the light, battery and charging cradle back. The charge would then be $39.95 for a replacement.

    As an update, after speaking with Laurie with Emmisive Energy Corp, they have agreed to replace the light at no cost. Laurie did state that placing the light under running water exceeded the "water resistant" capability.

    I have owned this light for 2 years. I am a full time police officer overnight. I have a department-issued rechargeable MagLight as my primary light and carry the Inova T4 on my belt. I now rarely ever remove the MagLight from its charging cradle.

    This light is durable, tough, and extremely bright. I have never had a problem with this light even after heavy rain, many drops, and many rechargings. I did not purchase this product from Amazon, but was looking to buy another and could not belive the reviews.

    I first purchased the light on sale for $80. This is without a doubt a $100 light. You won't be disappointed.
