My use of this backpack extends to tossing it in our car when we go out on landscape and similar shoots, or when I take it to an event.
For driving around in the country, stopping for landscapes, wildflowers, old cars, and historical little towns: I can carry my Canon R6 Mark II and three lenses — 12-24 mm, 28-75 mm, and 70-300 mm, for instance.
For going to a church event, I can carry my 70-200 mm, 24-105 mm, and a flash with a folded light-shaper in a pocket.
Either way, there are lots of nooks for batteries, memory cards, and all that good stuff.
There is nothing to find fault with in this backpack for the price. It is a tad small, so my 70-200 and 24-105 lenses are a bit of a squeeze, and I have to lay them flat. But the dividers continue to protect gear after all these years. I bought the second one to make it easier to carry all my gear on the road. I can't say how well this holds up to flying because I've never flown with it, and I am not a heavy-duty user.
The exterior and interior pockets add a lot of versatility. The big exterior pocket has dividers tucked inside it.
Nitpicking, I could wish the exterior straps that I don't often use could be removed.
I bought it to replace a sling-style backpack from another brand that over time, just did not match how I worked. After looking at a lot of backpacks in the sub-$100 range, I decided just to go with this one again. It's cheap enough that if I ever decide I need a more substantial pro bag such as for flying, I have not dumped a ton of cash into this one, and I will always use it.
Now that I have two identical bags, I can easily rearrange my gear to suit a given outing all in one bag, but they are compact enough that I can still take both of them along to have all my stuff with me. The only thing is, I need to do something on the outside to differentiate the bags!

Again, nitpicking, but it would be nice to be able to disconnect unused exterior straps
A bit snug for big lenses but it works, and big-lens users are not its target market anyway
Probably not stout enough to be a great choice for taking on airlines, but I have not tried it
Size:
This bag, upon first impression, actually seems a bit on the small size until you open it up. There is a lot of room in it for a number of different lenses, bodies, and accessories. This is what I got in it right now: Canon Rebel T2i, Canon 18-55mm kit lens, Tamron 70-300mm VC, Sigma 105mm Macro, Tokina 11-16mm, various wires, charger and accessories, a collapsible light diffuser/reflector, and a travel tripod strapped to the side of the bag. If I took out the wires which I really don't need I could easily fit another large lens. But let's get down to business, how many lenses can you really fit in this thing? If they were all the size of the kit lens or the Tokina, I could probably fit at least 7 since they can be placed in the bag standing up (when the bag is on its back). And that's of course with the T2i body. Now if you have all lenses the size of the Tamron or Sigma, you might be able to squeeze 4 in the bag depending on how you do the layout. And if you have really large lenses, expect even fewer. This is something to keep in mind, especially if you're thinking of doing wildlife and nature photography like I am. You're going to need some big lenses to get those great shots, and they take up a lot of room.
Construction:
This bag is built tough. Even though I've only had it for a month, you can tell the quality of the materials. The really nice part of it is that the interior is customizable, so you can change the layout to fit all the lenses and accessories you have. Plus, I love the side tripod straps. That makes keeping everything together on a simple hike so much easier.
Protection:
I can't say that I dropped the bag full of equipment or otherwise did something that would normally be regrettable yet, but I can say that it looks well enough padded to absorb hits and drops. Outside of falling backwards with the bag on my back, I think it will protect my equipment well.
Design:
At first, I was hesitant buying a backpack style bag as I always liked to carry my camera with a side bag. However, the benefits of putting the weight on your back instead of one arm has a great advantage. It doesn't tire your arms when you want to hand shoot stuff! Plus, you can keep your equipment on your back at all times, even when shooting. I can see this being a great advantage out in the 'field'. It does have one disadvantage as you have to take the bag off your back before getting to the equipment which adds time, sound, and movement (something that may be problematic when shooting skittish wildlife).
Overall:
This bag seriously can't be beat when you factor in the price. It's even cheaper than the sale price for my old Canon bag! I can't yet judge its durability as I haven't had it long enough, but just for its ease of use and large size I'd readily buy one a year if I had to.

Pro:
Lots of space for the camera body, lenses, accessories. In my bag, I currently have one Nikon camera body, three lenses (kit lens, 30mm and 70-200mm), a Rode mic, various lens hoods, batteries, charger, cables, UV filters, lens cleaning supplies and a mini tripod. I have plenty of room for more items too. I even fit my 40w portable solar panel in the front case.
Solid construction. The straps are sewn on well and are sturdy. I know others have mentioned the top strap being an issue, but I pulled on mine and roughed it up a bit (before loading my equipment) and it's in good shape. I would double check yours, but I have no issues with it.
Lots of padding. I wouldn't just toss the bag around, but I'm also not too worried if it gets bumped or knocked into. There is a good amount of padding around the case and in between components.
Customizable. I took out all of the dividers and tried them in half a dozen different configurations until I found one I liked that held all my equipment. I have space left over for a few more things or another lens or two if I want.
Stylish without being obvious. I like that it's a nice but basic backpack. It doesn't scream "lots of expensive equipment here!" I do a fair bit of travelling in the developing world, so I want something that is practical and not flashy. This bag looks good without drawing too much attention to itself. I get lots of compliments once people realize what it is.
Con:
The hip belt is pretty much useless. I'm really short and they are way too high on the body for me to make use of. The pack sits fairly high on the back and isn't long enough to make the hip belt properly functional.
Side pockets both have a flap. I would have liked at least one of the side pockets to be more open so that it would hold a water bottle better. The pockets will hold a disposable 500ml bottle okay but not a larger reusable bottle.
Plastic inside pockets not see through. The plastic pockets on the inside of the pack are made with heavy gauge plastic, which is great, but they are difficult to see through if you don't remember where you put things. I would prefer to be able to see which pocket to open at a glance.
Overall, these are very minor cons, and I had to think pretty hard to come up with them (other than the hip belt). If you're like me and want something that will travel well and stand up to the outdoors, this bag works very well.
